Theology Certificate

Overview

This non-award course is for students who would like an introduction to theology and biblical studies. It consists of four course units at the Bachelor level from which students may transfer into the Diploma of Theology or the Bachelor of Theology degree.

Admission Requirements

The Theology for Beginners program requires the completion of four course units (36 credit points) taken from the Bachelor of Theology program:

Core Units

1. BRB100 - Introduction to Biblical Studies
2. TRB100 - Introduction to Theological Studies

In addition to:

1. Two electives of student’s choice

Electives

Two electives from any subject area at 100/200 level. A description of each of these course units is provided under Course Unit Descriptions.

Fees

Bachelor of Theology fees apply - $850 per course unit.
