Natalie Acton is the Centre Director for the Mount St Benedict Centre, a ministry of the Sisters of the Good Samaritan in Sydney. She previously worked with the Mercy Ethos Office for the Institute of Sisters of Mercy of Australia and Papua New Guinea working with Boards of Governance, Executive Leaders, Staff and Volunteers in a diversity of ministry sectors across Australia and Papua New Guinea including social services, health, education, community development. The role involved supporting ministry leaders in evaluating and assessing the Ethos and Culture of their ministry, developing and delivering programs, resources and formation experiences. Prior to this role Natalie worked for the Diocese of Broken Bay as Project Co-ordinator in the Office of the Bishop and has operated her own business in the area of Financial Services.
