Scholarship for an Immersion Study Tour to Israel

Through an exciting partnership with Macquarie University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, all BBI students are eligible to apply for a Travel Scholarship Study Tour in Israel in early 2018, valued at $3000.

Scholarships for Teachers

Teachers of Ancient History and Studies of Religion are strongly encouraged to apply for a Holy Land imagetravel scholarship to participate in either or both of the following opportunities in Israel. Through both these programs, you can gain direct academic credit for your BBI studies through enrolling in the unit, IMER900, an elective unit which provides students with the opportunity to critically reflect on an approved immersion experience that they have undertaken, such as a pilgrimage or study tour under the guidance of an expert in the relevant discipline area.

You need to enrol in IMER900 and pay the $2000 unit fee to gain academic credit through completing a series of assessments in this unit. This is regardless of whether you obtain a scholarship place or not.
