Over four Sessions we will introduce you to the ways of Catholic Moral Decision Making. What do we mean by conscience and what is its role in decision making? How is conscience formed to seek what is good and to choose it? We see why choice is a process and not a value in itself. That is, it is what we choose and how we use our freedom that is important. We also look at the role of human dignity as a key element of the Catholic moral framework. This will be illustrated with topics in the curriculum and issues that in pastoral care of pupils.
