Dr. Mark Craig
Mark Craig is an experienced educator and scholar with over two decades of teaching Religion in secondary schools. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Leadership and Staff Formation with Brisbane Catholic Education, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge in theology, philosophy, and educational leadership. Prior to his current role, Mark worked in full-time ministry with the Archdiocese of Brisbane, deepening his engagement with faith formation and pastoral leadership. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Divinity, Melbourne, where his research explored the relationship between language and truth claims. His academic credentials also include a Master’s Degree (Research) in Education with a focus on Religious Education, a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Graduate Certificate in Religious Education, and a Bachelor of Theology. Mark has published several books on religious education, religion, and spirituality, alongside numerous articles in various Religious Education journals. His work reflects a commitment to advancing dialogue on faith, education, and the transformative power of language in shaping understanding and truth.
