Richard Evans is the Principal Consultant for RG Consulting Services.  He is instrumental in partnering with senior stakeholders in the design, development and implementation of capability and organisational strategies which assist with both behavioural and organisational change.  In recent years he has completed major projects with Westpac, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Macquarie Graduate School of Management & ASIC.
