TurnItIn not letting you submit assessment

 

 

If you are trying submit your assessment via TurnItIn and keep getting a login to blackboard page, the issue is that Google Chrome isn’t registering TurnItIn security protocol. To fix the issue follow the steps below.

Step 1

Download Mozilla Firefox

Click HERE to download Firefox.

Step 2

Log into Blackboard using Firefox

 

Ensure that you log into Blackboard using Mozilla Firefox.

Step 3

Submit your assessment

When you submit your assessment, TurnItIn should automatically register the new security setting and you will be able to submit you assessment.

Moving forward, you should be able to use Google Chrome to submit your assessments again.
