“You have too many redirects” when submitting an assessment
Google Chrome doesn’t display the security setting box that TurnItIn may require you to accept before submitting an assessment. To fix the issue follow the steps below.
Download Mozilla Firefox
Click HERE to download Firefox.
Log into Blackboard using Firefox
Ensure that you log into Blackboard using Mozilla Firefox.
Submit your assessment
When you submit your assessment, TurnItIn should automatically register the new security setting and you will be able to submit you assessment.
Moving forward, you should be able to use Google Chrome to submit your assessments again.
