Mr Michael Thornber commenced his career in teaching and educational leadership.

He has been the principal of Michael Thornber & Associates for nearly 30 years providing consultancy support and formal programs in leadership and organisation development to numerous catholic health, aged care, schools, education systems and welfare organisations both in Australia and Ireland.

The Michael Thornber & Associates leadership development programs are accredited by ACU as recognition for prior learning at Masters level.
