Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Theology

This course is aimed at strengthening the career prospects of graduates in Catholic education, healthcare, ministry, social services and church administration.

The course will also allow students who have completed the BBI Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Theology to extend on their learning.

BBI is the only tertiary education institution in Australia to combine leadership and theology in an integrated awards course. This unique approach helps equip our graduates with the skills to apply their knowledge of leadership practices directly to the context of everyday mission of Catholic organisations.

 

Course Length 1 year full-time, or part-time equivalent, amounting to 80 credit points.

Admission Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in any discipline from an approved tertiary education institution.
  • English-language proficiency.
Entry Pathways
  • Students who have completed an undergraduate degree in any discipline may enter the Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Theology.
  • Students who have completed prior studies in the areas of leadership or theology may be eligible for credit.
  • If these studies were at the same AQF level as this course, credit will be considered according to the Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning policy.
Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning
  • Up to 40 units of credit are available in this course in accordance with the Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning Policy.
